Q: Can I install the monitor onto my housing myself?
A: Yes. Our bulkhead connector screws into existing free ports in your housing and is easy to install.
Q: My housing does not have threading in the free port – just a hole. Can I still install the bulkhead connector?
A: Yes. All you need is a security nut inside the housing, which is provided in the set.
Q: The glass on the monitor is scratched. What can I do?
A: You can easily remove scratches using any polishing paste, such as Novus Spa Scratch Removal Kit. To prevent scratches, you can apply a film screen protector to the glass.
Q: How can I attach the monitor to my housing?
A: Our monitor comes with a universal 1” mounting ball. The mounting is interchangeable to fit your needs.
Q: I don't see the bulkhead connector I need. What is the turnaround time for a custom cable?
A: It will take us 2-3 weeks to create a custom cable.
Q: I need a specific bulkhead connector cable length. How long will this take?
A: It will take 1 week to create a custom length cable.
Q: Does the monitor come with a warranty?
A: Yes. There is a 1-year limited warranty.
